Note: the name HENNINGS MULITMEDIA will appear on your charges. Hennings Multimedia is a part of Shawn Phillips management company: Lodestone Management.
How to Purchase
Purchasing is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
Click on the item's price to put it into your shopping cart.
Continue to shop. Returns you to the order pages and you can add more to your order in process.
Change order. This feature allows you to change your order in process.
Total order. This screen gives your total order. Please check the Bill to and Ship to information.
Ckeck out now. You then enter in your credit card information. Press submit. In a few moments you'll see a screen that says Approved! You know your order has been accepted when the screen says "Authorized" and displays your order number. Write down the number, you will need it for any correspondence with us. In addition, you will get an email verifying your order. 
Cancel order. You can cancel your order in process at any time.
If you wish you can snail mail your order, email or fax orders.
Methods of Payment
Credit Cards
Hennings Multimedia currently accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not release your credit card information to any outside organizations. The transferring of your credit card information is safely handled by our secure server. You also have the option of phoning or faxing us your credit card information. We will need your order number, credit card number, and the credit card expiration date.

Hennings Multimedia accepts checks and money orders. Follow the procedure below:

Checks and money orders must be in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank.
Calucluate your shipping and handling charge using the shipping chart.
Add the total together.
 

Security - Is Internet Shopping Safe?

We use a special encryption technology, which hides your order information, keeping it private and protected. It's called "SSL" (Secure Sockets Layer) and it's used by us and all the other major commercial shopping sites, including: The Wall Street Journal, Barnes & Noble Books, FTD Flowers, Microsoft, and Netscape itself. It is actually safer to transmit your credit card info over the Internet than it is to use your credit card around town. Many vendors have successfully processed over hundreds of thousands credit-card transactions, without a single credit card number being compromised.

What most people don't realize is that shopping with your credit card is actually safer than paying by check. In the event that there is a problem with your purchase, the credit card company, NOVA Information Services, Inc. will remove the purchase from your bill and the on-line merchant is not paid. In the event that your credit card number is stolen, the credit card companies do not hold you responsible for any unauthorized purchases. So go ahead, make our day and max out your card on us!

When you submit data via the internet your browser may come up with a warning message. Ignore it. Click OK.

   
 

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday at 2:00 PM EST (18:00 GMT). For example: if you placed your order at 1:00 PM EST on Monday, we would process your order that day, and ship all in-stock items on Tuesday. If you placed your order at 4:00 PM Friday, it would not be processed until Monday, with in-stock items shipping on Tuesday. All orders are shipped from our Minnesota and New Jersey, USA warehouse.

Availability:  We do not always stock product at our location. It may take an extra day or two to send out your order.

Pre-Ordering New Releases

You may pre-order new releases. New releases are treated like backorders when placed in advance. Please remember that all release dates are tentative, as supplied to us by the distributor, and may be delayed beyond our control.

   
 

Why isn't my order going through?

Sometimes it's the internet. Try again later. The credit card field allows space for 20 characters. Do not put spaces between your credit card numbers or postal codes. The address field allows for 16 characters. In addition, do not enter your Zip code like this: 98036-6814. Leave out the -6814 portion. Put it into the comments box.

Shipping:  To determine your shipping click on the link to UPS (United Parcel Service).  Once at United Parcel Service's home page click on the "calculate cost" icon. Follow the instructions.  You may also use the charts below to approximate shipping costs.

   
US orders: to figure your and rate multiply 75% off the price UPS gives as a total.

NOTE: Shipping includes: the continental 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii, APE/APO's, US possessions and territories. Minnesota addresses will be charged an additional 6.5 percent sales tax. Virtually all US orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service. We use the UPS chart minus the percentage to arrive at the US postal service + our handling fee of $1.50 per shipment. International Shipping
Hennings Multimedia can ship your order to almost anywhere in the world. Remember that you are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by your local government. We must place a green customs sticker on all international orders. This sticker lists the contents as "Audio Compact Discs". We must fill in the value of the order on this sticker. We can not declare an incorrect value on your shipment, and all packages must be declared as merchandise. The chart below details shipping charges and methods to various areas of the world. The charges listed below are per shipment, not per order.  Remember to add appropriate delivery time for your postal systems delivery and customs inspections. This may add 2 weeks to the delivery time.

"No Hassle" Returns

Any unopened domestic item be returned for any reason within 30 days. Upon receipt of the item, we will credit your credit card for the price of the item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless we made an error.
Please contact us at manager@shawnphillips.com and please reference your order number.
Import product cannot be returned unless it is defective. If a CD jewel case or cassette case arrives damaged, email manager@shawnphillips.com with your order number and we will send you a new replacement case for free.
In the case of defective product, please contact us at manager@shawnphillips.com for information
on obtaining replacement product. A defective item can only be replaced by the same item. Another can not be substituted.

1. Do you have a particular CD title, or can you get it?  Ask Arlo
 
2. Do you have more details (i.e. track listings) on this title?  By clicking the link next to the title, you will see everything we know about that item. We don't have any additional information beyond what is there.
 
3. Can I add another CD to my completed order?  What you need to do is start a new order.

Please include your credit card type, number and exp date. In addition, your full name, phone number, email, address, and products ordered. I will verify your order by email.
 
6. My order is overdue - where is it?
Our policy is to wait 15 days before declaring a United States order lost. We wait 30 days for shipments outside the United States.  If you are not in the United States, you should check with your local postal or customs office, as many times an order is held there.  If your order has not arrived within these time frames, email Arlo and be sure to include your order number.
